It’s Write Your Heart Out Wednesday, the day I take a break from my novel WIP (work-in-progress), the day I also encourage YOU to write, write, WRITE your HEART out ❤
This Wednesday’s contribution, an original poem, “Losing Me,” was somewhat of a creative stretch on my part since poetry is by no means my strength. Despite this undernourished aspect of my craft, I adore reading poetry and have committed a number of my favourites to memory. It brings me great pleasure to read a poetic piece that speaks to my soul upon each recitation, the ones that inspire me with their beauty and ingenuity.
And if poetry isn’t your thing, I’ve also included another excerpt from my debut novel, “Straddling the Void.” Enjoy!

Thank you for reading and God bless!
